Responsibilities

  • Process incoming resumes and review job applications for completion
  • Provide assistance to the HR Field Coordinator with applicant approval and pre-hire processes
  • Prepare payroll by reviewing time sheets, verifying data, and inputting time and attendance records in ADP in a timely manner 
  • Review tickets and logs to identify errors and ensure the accuracy of payroll data  
  • Maintain office supply inventory by anticipating needs, placing orders and verifying receipt of deliveries
  • Manage the location’s telephone center, address queries accordingly and greet visitors 
  • Process employee requests and aid in the resolution of the request by providing a timely response 
  • Coordinate and assist with various projects as needed


Qualifications

  • Proven work experience as an Office Administrator
  • PC literacy and experience with MS Office applications
  • Excellent organizational and time-management skills
  • Ability to maintain confidentiality and appropriately handle sensitive information
  • Demonstrate a high level of accuracy in the completion of payroll related tasks
  • Ability to interact and effectively communicate with field Managers and members of the field Accounting team 
  • Billing and payroll experience within the Trucking and/or Energy Services industry preferred


The Office Administrator will be responsible for performing a variety of personnel-related and administrative tasks to ensure administrative operations are running smoothly and effectively in order to deliver maximum value to field operations. As such, this role requires the Office Administrator to be successful in a fast paced, “startup” like environment. This is a full-time opportunity. Monday - Friday 8-5PM.
